  • When you see below message appearing on the screen that means you have successfully installed the VIGS software on to your computer however you have problem on connecting VIGS with computer.

  • Firstly, please double check the USB cable's connection between VIGS and computer are properly connected.

    If the error message still exist, please switch the USB cable to another USB port.

    If you are using USB hub to share one USB port, please use additional power supply to the USB hub. Otherwise, the power will not be enough to operate VIGS.
